GENERAL ASSESSMENT (1)

  • Overall Quality = Very Good
  • Bottle Aging =
    • Can be kept at around 10°C for up to 8-10 years
    • Can gain complexity from aging
  • Retail Price = 20 euros for a 75cl individual bottle (France retail price, incl. taxes)
  • Value for Money = Top-notch
  • Comparison with same price competition = Top-notch
  • Suitability for Diabetics = suitable
  • Service Temperature = around 16°C
  • Suggested Food & Wine Pairing = red meat, poultry, pork, pasta, plates with mushroom sauces, roasted hare, roasted pork, lamb
  • Comments = I really liked this wine which offers a very good quality for a very small price. A wine all in relief and which expresses very well its volcanic soil. Many nuances and finesse are expressed in the glass while being quite expressive and offering a good length in the mouth. A very nice discovery that cannot disappoint and that I recommend without hesitation.
  • Final Grade = B+
