GENERAL ASSESSMENT (1)
- Overall Quality = Very Very Good
- Bottle Aging =
- Can be kept at around 8°C for an additional 1 or 2 years
- Will not gain complexity from aging
- Retail Price = 26 euros for a 100cl individual bottle (France retail price, incl. taxes)
- Value for Money = good value for money
- Comparison with same price competition = above the competition
- Suitability for Diabetics = level of residual sugar not communicated
- Service Temperature = around 12°C
- Suggested Food & Wine Pairing = antispasti, aperitifs, pasta dishes, cured meats, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, fries, salads
- Comments = A good rosé of gastronomy that should make people discover what Calabria is capable of producing with the autoctonous Gaglioppo grape variety. I was seduced by its precision and fruity profile together with a good level of freshness despite being already 3 years old (quite old for a rosé wine)
- Final Grade = A-
