GENERAL ASSESSMENT (1)

  • Overall Quality = Very Very Good
  • Bottle Aging =
    • Can be kept at around 8°C for up to 3-5 years
    • Will not gain much complexity from aging (made to drink young)
  • Retail Price = 30 euros for a 75cl individual bottle (France retail price, incl. taxes)
  • Value for Money = excellent
  • Comparison with same price competition = very good
  • Suitability for Diabetics = unknown (level of residual sugar not communicated)
  • Service Temperature = around 10°C
  • Suggested Food & Wine Pairing = Corsican Lonzu (Lonzo), Aïoli (French Sauce made of Garlic, Olive Oil and Egg), Kalamata olives, Andalusian Gazpacho Soup, Avocado with Smoked Salmon, appetizers, king prawns, sushis, sea foods, grilled sea foods
  • Comments = Here is a rosé that has everything of a gastronomic wine: finesse, delicacy, aromatic nuances, precision and a very good aroma-acidity balance. All with a deep and quite long finish on the fruit with delicate touches of spices and thyme. A very beautiful wine which is likely to change many preconceived ideas about rosé wines.
  • Final Grade = A-
