Comments = we can feel its quality compared to many Prosecco (Cartizze being the best sub-zone), however, the lack of complexity in aromas (mainly green apple with no secondary or tertiary aromas) together with its Medium length of finish prevent a final grade above B (which is still a very good grade for a Prosecco). The most interesting thing regarding this will probably lie in the food pairing, given the large bubbles. It would probably pair better with heavier starter fish than other traditional method wines while also providing more quality than many tank method wines.
Final Grade = B
